Felicia Ceaser-White is the manager of Curriculum in a large urban school district. Felicia is a former Health and Physical Education Specialist, Teacher, and Athletic Coach. Felicia has an M.S. in Educational Leadership and B.S. in Human Performance. Principal Investigator for the School-Based Adolescent HIV, STI, and Teen Pregnancy Prevention and Surveillance Grant from the Centers of Disease Control. She coordinates the administration of the Youth Risk Behavior Survey and the School Health Profiles for the district. In this capacity, Felicia also serves as the Professional Development Coordinator to plan and facilitate district-wide Professional Development for all HPE teachers with a strong focus on Physical Activity, Nutrition Education, Healthy Relationships, HIV/AIDS, STI, and Teen Pregnancy Prevention Education.
